We are pleased to inform you that JUGEMA PPUH now produces a high output dehairing line.




    The process may be fully automated, beginning with conveying the carcasses into the boiling cauldron during scalding, taking the batch through to processing area, singeing, up to unloading on the reception tables.



    The capacity of the line is up to 200 carcasses per hour, depending on need. The composition, cauldron size and method of water heating are adaptable to the means of the User.



    The dehairing assemblies, which have already been offered, continue to be produced.



    They constitute a supplement to our range of equipment offered to establishments, which do not have automated carcass conveyor systems and do not require such a high productivity (40 to 80 carcasses / hour). Dehairing assemblies work in a semi-automated cycle (loading from the cauldron to the debristlers and unloading is performed hydraulically).
