SMOKE HOUSE AND BREWING CHAMBERS
This appliance is assigned for working with smoke carriage of the dimensions 1000x1000x2000 mm, according to the needs we offer 1-, 2-, 3- and multi carriage versions.
Workmaship acid-proof steel, silicon seals, acid-proof heating elements.
Steering: microprocessor, 99 processing programmes (including drying, smoking, brewing, baking at the temperature of 120°C, registering the process parameters, working with a computer).
Chambers are provided as complete appliances which need only connecting to a power source.
Attention! We produce chambers in the following versions:
- electric power supply (KWE),
- oil supply (KWO),
- gas supply (KWG),
- steam supply (KWP).
