Tunnel smoke house chamber

A tunnel smoke chamber is constructed and equipped for a special demand of a client.

It is assigned to process thermally (smoke) fish liver. The basic construction layout is to construct an appliance for smoking a product in a very short time of processing. In this case a traditional system of loading and reloading a smoke carriage is not useful due to preparation and finishing time. This type of a chamber is in the form of a tunnel where a product is transported on a belt conveyor. Thus, its construction is different in relation to a typical appliance produced by Jugema company and it stems from a technological process that liver is subjected to in order to be smoked.

This appliance consists of the following elements:

  1. a heating chamber - the first element of a tunnel
  2. a smoking chamber takes up other segments of a tunnel. All segments of this appliance are connected with each other by screws and the connection places are sealed. Each segment is equipped with height-adjusted legs, which is aimed at reducing the floor unevenness.
  3. a belt conveyor is another element of a tunnel chamber. It aim is to transport a product during the smoking process
  4. an engine and a main ventilator whose task is to force air circulation
  5. a smoke generator which is not built-in but installed next to the chamber. It task is to generate smoke..
  6. a source of heat which is a set of electric heaters made from acid-proof steel.
  7. an extracting and ventilating system installed under the working chamber
  8. electric steering
  9. a set for washing, both a tunnel and suction conduits are equipped with containers for washing, a system of distribution conduits and spay nozzles
