Chamber for dyeing
Designation: coloring chamber is used for natural coloring of sausages.
Design: Coloring chambers are built as compact units with system of lifting and rotating of the product during the process. The coloring substance is constantly homogenized in the container with circulation system mounted on the side of the chamber. The device was designed in a way allowing efficient and fast emptying and washing of the fluid administration system and pump-spray system. It is important due to physical and chemical qualities of the coloring substance.
Usage: The product loaded to the chamber is hanged on a special cart. The construction of the cart allows separating the product from the underbody. Thanks to that, the loading system of the chamber can leave dirty underbody of the cart and take to the processing area only its carrying part. This is done in order to follow hygiene requirements, because the coloring substance is used in closed circulation.
After setting the cart in the working position, the rotation begins allowing with the coloring process according to the program stored in the memory of the controller.
Control: Process in the chamber occurr automaticaly. All of them are controlled by micropocessor controller from ADITEC. It allows processing within set time or to a set temperature inside the product.
