Chambers for traditional smoking

This installation is made for gravitational smoking process.

 

The product is hanged on the trolley and smoked by smoke made from glow wooden chips . The wooden chips are in box under product and are ignited by hand. The smoke is gravitational risen thanks to inlet of fresh air placed in down part of chamber and opened outlet to the atmosphere. The stream of smoke is mixed by small ventilator for making the same saturation in all working area .

 

The chamber has thermo-regulation system with 6 kW heaters for support of working temperature during the smoking process.
