Autoclaves

Autoclaves are designed to cooking, vacuum heating, high pressure cooking, pasteurization and sterilization using water or steam. Autoclave is built from acid-resistant steel. Silicon profile, made of materials complying with international norms concerning contact with food, was used as sealing material for the cover. Low heat loss is provided by mineral fibers insulation.

The construction of autoclave is set on 4 wheels or pods. JUGEMA PPUH delivers autoclaves received by Notified Unit.
