Cooking boilers with agitator
Devices designed for melting fat and for cooking food which needs mixing.
The tank of cooking boiler is covered with oil sheath heated to the desired temperature with gas or oil burner, electric heater or steam exchanger.
Each device is equipped with microprocessor controller for controlling the set temperature, waiting time and core temperature – if necessary for the sake of the process.
