Dehairing line

Highly efficient dehairing lines provide full automatization of the process, starting from carcass transport in the boiler during scalding, through putting it in the processing area, burning, to unloading on the receiver table. The capacity of the line amounts to 200 pieces per hour according to needs.
The setting, size of boiler, water-heating system is adjusted to the user’s capabilities.
