Washing of smoking carts

The device is designed to remove dirt and disinfect the carts used in thermal processing.

The surface of smoking cart is being covered by thick layer of hard to remove dirt, produced during evaporation of products during its use.

The cart is a settlement for bacteria. That is way washing is necessary and should be performed on a daily basis.

Because this operation is not easy, it is performed by smoking cart wash-machine. This device comprises of chamber equipped with cart loading, rotation, washing and rinsing systems. It is operated automatically. The controller used in it, not only maintains the set temperature but also controls each washing stage including administration of detergent.
